He has acquired extensive experience in the business services sector and since 2000 has advised managers and investment funds on LBO/OBO/BIMBO type deals.

Previously an Associate Director at ESSEC IMD, the Executive Programs division of the ESSEC Group, she has acquired a strategic and managerial perspective throughout her career, enabling her to understand the challenges facing companies and their leaders. She advises executives and helps them clarify their strategic plans, define the parameters of the proposed transaction, conduct negotiations, and provide guidance to optimize the execution of the sale or leveraged buyout (LBO) transaction.

Annie BORDAS holds an MBA from CESMA and a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Lyon.
