EURODEALS has been a partner of LINKERS, an independent investment banker, since June 2016, with whom it works on often international operations for SMEs and mid-sized companies (M&A WORLDWIDE network).

EURODEALS has indeed developed a consulting activity that complements that of LINKERS. It has a multi-sector activity with strong expertise in the business services sector and in transactions carried out with investment funds.

Lacking the necessary technical resources to properly execute certain tasks that might be entrusted to it, EURODEALS sought to enlist the services of LINKERS, with whom it has concluded a partnership agreement for the pooling of resources.

EURODEALS is an independent Mergers & Acquisitions and Fundraising consultancy specializing in mid-sized companies, with particular expertise in corporate services. Our independence from any financial institution or industrial group guarantees impartiality and confidentiality in our work.

Legal and financial guarantees

EURODEALS is a SAS with a capital of €35,000, a member of AFITE, whose financial standing and insurance with COVEA RISKS offer all the guarantees enabling it to best represent the interests of its clients.

Adherence to the code of ethics of AFITE (Association for the Financing and Transfer of Businesses).
